Your journey begins with a gentle, mindful walk through 100-year-old apple trees, continuing through the vineyard to a peaceful hilltop with breathtaking 360° views of the Okanagan Valley. Here, held by the land and sky, you’ll settle into a deeply restorative session shared with Callie, our intuitive and compassionate therapy horse.
Each 60-minute private session blends:
Gentle, trauma-sensitive yoga
Breathwork to regulate the nervous system and support emotional release
Time with Callie, who mirrors and responds to your emotional energy—often releasing through a physical shake, a powerful somatic symbol of letting go
Callie doesn’t just stand beside you—she holds space in a way that’s grounding, nonjudgmental, and deeply healing.
